*It's been a while since anyone might've spotted Lulu.
Which is why it's interesting when she's lingering outside of specific buildings/areas. Namely: LDS's main building. SAI's building. The business distract in Domino. And even somehow she's managed to get to the Duel Academy island.
Internally, she's effectively doing a stationary scan, but considering she's just standing there, it's a bit odd to anyone spotting her. She's like a statue, with a vaguely annoyed expression on her face.
You'd be remiss to not bother her, since she kinda stands out.*
