It turns out that explaining to a school that I was detained for an extended amount of time for questioning, and then forgotten about until someone checked the holding room, leads to a lot of questions.

Also, I will need to repeat a school year due to missing too many days to stay under the threshold.

Troublesome.

Irregardless, my aims have not changed. I will be staying in Domino City in order to refine my search parameters, thanks to recent events.

By some strange young man-- blonde, with two individuals he called "Mr. Short" and "Mr. Small".

There, I was accosted by a young woman with purple hair who thought herself too highly of the situation, who wished to extract information from me without proper exchange.

And then I was left alone when I refused to cooperate, until weeks later, when I was discovered to still be there, and was hastily kicked out. As I was [asleep] at the time, I do not know where I was specifically being held, as my consciousness was cut off when I first arrived there, as well.

Do you think I could trouble you to come down to the OOPARTS building sometime in the next few days to file an incident report? We can keep on the lookout for whoever this is and ask them questions for you.

To skip all the technical and legal jargon - we're a security firm dealing in supernatural incidents that is partially paid for by the city. This sounds like something in our wheelhouse.

We have regular buisness hours - although recently we've had a shift of employees as we wind into more of a support roll for other agencies. Anytime between [Hours of Operation] should be fine, and let them know you talked to Chief Haita. That should speed up the process.

It was quite an odd experience, admittedly.

Though I am more offended that I was forgotten about after being told I was not free to leave.

As to who-- I am not certain, but whoever it is, they seem to view me as... A "civvie"-- and wish to extract information I have freely given otherwise, from me, without saying what they know, themselves, because they seem to think I am not authorized to know...?

Quite honestly, it is... Very perplexing to me.

It is quite likely that the threat of being held captive would have resulted in me speaking in exchange for my freedom. It was unnecessary.

They appear to have made some sort of... Assumption, that they are the authority on them?

Geez, that's ridiculous. Nobody is an 'authority' on them, they're mysterious gems that people seem to find or get given randomly.

I mean, if someone else was interested in them, it makes sense to exchange information, rather than just expect one person to give information, then not give anything in return.

Do you know anything about the people who detained you?

Technically, there is an authority.

However, the ones who are attempting to extract this information are... not, as a definitive.

And no, I know very little. All I know is that one of them had approached me previously over this network, with that same viewpoint that I was not privy to the information I was seeking.
